UN News Survey 2023 

UN News conducted an audience survey in early 2019, a year after the launch of its new website, and then again in 2021. For both these surveys, UN information offices provided huge support in reaching out to UN audiences and other stakeholders.  

 

To enhance our products and services, and to adapt to the needs of UN's evolving audiences, UN News wants to check in with you to take stock of your feedback on the content we are publishing, how we are making the content accessible, and what we can do to further meet your needs.



We are therefore inviting all staff and users to take this 4-minute, 12-question online anonymous survey. 

 

Deadline is 30 June 2023 at noon New York time. The data – which, again, will be collected anonymously – will be analyzed in the weeks after the survey closes; the principal observations will help us improve the way we serve our audiences.
